Starting in 1979, Mitch Mohanna founded Mohanna Sales Representatives to help associations prosper through the sale of their advertising, exhibits, and sponsorships. His focus was to increase non-dues revenue for associations, societies and institutes by building brand awareness for suppliers, and he worked tirelessly in pursuit of that goal. He led by example to foster a company culture that emphasized an ethical, patient, consultative, and professional selling approach. This company culture endures to this day, enabling our salespeople to forge trusting relationships with clients who then support the associations that MSR represents.

Jarren Jones Mohanna managed the administrative and IT side of MSR for decades before taking on the role of President and CEO in 2015. Her mastery of both the day-to-day details and big-picture strategizing has been a crucial factor in MSR’s success throughout its more than 40-year history. She leads the Mohanna team with a “we will win” attitude that promotes persistence and brings energy to problem solving. “Every member of the team is a vital part of the whole. We try to give them the best tools, training, and rewards so they can each do what they do best, whether it’s sales, customer service or administrative support.
