We make personal sales calls on upper-level managers throughout the United States to help associations, within a variety of industries, build non-dues revenue. Identify new prospects and set appointments for personal sales calls
Strengthen existing business relationships and grow current base of advertisers
Travel nationwide 60 days a year and make effective, face-to-face sales presentations
Write follow-up sales letters and call reports
Prepare and deliver effective proposals

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2+ years sales experience (ideally in advertising/event sales)
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to present effectively and close the deal
Ability to build a pipeline and proven track record of exceeding goals
Self-motivated, high energy, and engaging level of enthusiasm
Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish
